- The subject of the construction is the complete reconstruction of the ŽST Přibyslav and ŽST Pohled stations and the Přibyslav - Pohled track section. The construction includes modification of the track configuration of railway stations, platforms, partial reconstruction of the dispatch building at ŽST Pohled, and at the same time modification of all technologies required forstation car and track section. It is also part of the reconstruction of engineering objects (bridges, culverts and walls) and road overpasses. The result will be the possibility of introducing remote traffic control, improving the safety and comfort of passengers (reconstructed public areas of the dispatch building, barrier-free accesstupy to the platform and to the dispatch building).
Part of the subject of the performance of the public contract are also activities that will be carried out in connection with the rules of publicity of projects co-financed from the funds of the European Union. The evaluation of these construction publicity activities will be included in the bid price, the costs of publifeelings will be listed in the List of works (SO 9898 General object). The contracting authority reserves the right to ensure the publicity of the construction as a change to the obligation from the contract in accordance with the provisions of § 100 paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The supplier will only be reimbursed for the actual scope of this performance. In the event that this public contract is not spolufinanced from the funds of the European Union, ensuring the publicity of the construction will not be carried out by the contractor. The scope of performance that will not be implemented is not included in the limits for changes according to § 222 paragraphs 4 to 6 and 9 of the ZZVZ.
