• Description:
• The contracting authority awards this sub-limit public contract for services in connection with the performance of relevant activities in the sense of § 153 paragraph 1 letter f) Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ"). In accordance with § 151 paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ, this contract is considered a sectoral public contract. Since the estimated value of the public contract does not reach the set financial limit, the contracting authority is not obliged to award the subject sectoral public contract in the procurement management. Therefore, the contracting authority does not award this public contract in the procurement procedure according to the ZZVZ. The public contract is awarded in accordance with the requirements and conditions set out in the directive SŽ SM53 Directive on the awarding of public contracts, which is an internal regulation of the contracting authority and regulates procedures for the application of ZZVZ in the conditions of the Railway Administration, a state organization. The subject of the VZ is technical assistance to the investor in the implementation of the construction "Reconstruction of the track section Žďár nad Sázavou (outside) - Sázava u Žďár (outside)" The goal will be justified, justified, smooth and trouble-free drawing of funds from SFDI on the basis of documents - the project for the implementation of the PDPS construction, the implementation project documentation of the contractor, the contract for the work between the construction contractor and the builder, and inspection activities carried out "IN SITU".
