Description:
The subject of this public contract is the reconstruction of the existing training kitchen, at Tajovskeho 1156/1, 736 01 Haviřov - Podlesi, which includes: 1/ Removal of existing lighting (8pcs), washbasins (1pc), sinks (1pc), radiators (4pcs), gas removal (3.5 bm) pipeline (1,6 bm), removal of waste pipe (4 BM), tiles (69 m2), tiles (51 m2), removal (7 pcs) window sills, removal of hot water pipe insulation, removal of old plaster and scraping paintings (85.5 m2) including removal and disposal of building rubble. 2/ Executing the substrates for cement tiles screed including drainage (51 m2) 3/ self-leveling screed and subsequent laying of non-slip paving (non-slip paving format 60 x 60, in price range from 500 to 1000,- CZK/ m2, decor selection Fitting doorframes and doors (80) 5/ Earness of wiring for two light circuits including belaying in the switchboard 6/ versioning of substrates for new plasters up to 2 m (69 m2) and installing 7 new sills (length 116 cm) 7/ two -layer stucco design m2). Above 2 m and ceiling - double white painting (85.5 m2). 8/ Loading of the HVAC with an inner plaster finish 9/ Installation of 4 new radiators (70 cm x 90 cm) 10/ assembly wiring and lighting installation (8 pcs, 2 x LED tube - neutral white, 120 cm, dust -proof), dustproof), dustproof)) sockets, switches, grounding of metal parts and its aesthetic cover, replacement 2 pcs of switches up to 25 and 11/ finish of water pipe paint - white color (40 bm) 12/ doorframe finish (1 pc) 13/ assembly (sink, sink, 2 pcs of water battery, waste pipe 4 bm) 14/ exchange 1 pcs of interior doors (80) - white color 15/ aesthetic covering of channel lid, without limiting functionality 16/ cleaning and clearing construction site
