- The subject of the work is the construction of the "Reconstruction of the Vlkov u Tišnova Railway", the aim of which is the complete reconstruction of the railway station, during which the inadequate railway top and bottom will be reconstructed, thanks to the modernization of the security and communication equipment, safety and reliability will be increasedease of operation. This investment is caused by the general age of the railway top, the unsatisfactory condition of the railway bottom without proper drainage, the high operating load and the need to minimize operational shutdowns for maintenance and repairs of the national railway. At the same time, the reconstruction will fulfill the requirementsinteroperability, ensuring the necessary parameters for traffic operation, increasing speed, ensuring barrier-free access and meeting the requirements of applicable legislation. The reason for this reconstruction is the poor technical condition of the dormitory. The individual components of the railway top and bottom show a high degree of wearribbing and maintenance of the standard condition represents increased maintenance demands.
Part of the subject of the public contract is also activities that will be carried out in connection with the rules of publicity of projects co-financed from the funds of the European Union - Cohesion Fund within the Transport 2021-20 Program27. The evaluation of these construction publicity activities will be included in the bid price, the publicity costs will be listed in the Schedule of Works (SO 9898 General building). The contracting authority reserves the right to ensure the publicity of the construction as a change to the obligation from the contract in accordance with the provisions of § 100 paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ.
