The subject of the contract is to conclude a purchase contract for the supply of machines (for each part of the subject of the public contract separately - part 1 - leaning machine (1 pcs), part 2 - knitting machine (10 pcs), part 3 - unraveling yarns (1 pc) the conditions.
The subject of performance of the public contract is to conclude a purchase contract for the supply of the restraint (1 pcs), according to the technical specification, which forms Annex 2 of the Terms and Conditions.
Part 3 - Divorcing yarns (1 pcs)
