• Description:
• The subject of the contract is "ensuring insulation and construction modification of existing buildings "A" + "B" + "C" and replacement of lighting in buildings A", "B" and "C". It concerns the insulation of the facade and the replacement of openings in the existing administrative building "A"+"B"+"C" (According to PD). Roofs at buildings "B" and "C" were already insulated in the past, and therefore only the roof of building "A" will be insulated (according to PD). Furthermore, it concerns the replacement of lighting in objects "A", "B" and "C", which is listed in the appendices of this Agreement. The lighting will be changed based on the measurement report and the list of changed light fixtures will be determined by the Customer (it is 150 pcs). Obtaining and delivering the necessary audit reports, protocols, permits, confirmations, attestations, approvals, project documentation of the actual state, certificates and approval decisions necessary for the implementation Works to the extent and under the conditions required by this Agreement and necessary for the use of the Work by the Customer.
