Name of the building: Revitalization of the prayer room, ul. 28 října no. 148, Ostrava Location of the building: Moravská Ostrava municipal office, parc. č. 2569/4 Předmět projektové dokumentace - stavební úpravy - revitalizace: Dokumentace se dělí na dvě části Část A: zateplení fasády - KZS ETICS, insulation of the roof, new floor on the terraces, new floor on the balloon, new railings on the terrace and balcony, replacement of windows and garage doors in 1 PP, new window in 1 NP, removal of skylights, demolition work and dismantling (to be carried out in 2024). Bottom insulation triangular part of the main hall on the south side of the building (already completed in 2022). Installation of front window blinds (already done in 2022). Part B: insulation of the roof, replacement of windows in 1 NP and 2 NP, demolition work and dismantling (already done in 2024).
