• The subject of the fulfillment of the general contract within the scope of this contract is the functional and faultless execution of all construction works, including the supply of necessary materials, necessary for the full completion of this construction to the extent specified in the project documentation and this contract documentation. Project documentation of the energy efficiency of the residential building Brigdnk .p 2555 and Mrov .p. 2556, 390 02 in Tboe, in the form of insulation of the external walls and roof. The type of building is an apartment building: Building height (wall): 11.20 m, Building area: 544.00 m2, Number of floors: 7, Number of persons for whom the building is clean: 150. It is an eight-story building with a basement, with 6 usable floors (apartments), one usable basement (cellars) and a technical building (lift engine room). The building has two entrances, .p. 2555 and .p. 2556. The entrances are identical. The overall floor plan dimensions of the building are approx. 13 x 41 m (regular floor plan). The total built-up area of ​​the building is approx. 544 m2. The total height of the building is approx. 17.28 m, the height of the building is 11.20 m (technically, it does not comply with SN 73 0802 usable floor). The proposed right will be used to insulate the perimeters pl, sten pl, st basement space and balcony (horizontal construction). The newly designed insulated perimeter fence will be made with bare mineral insulation, except for the plinth, where new polystyrene will be used. Zaloen is made under the tern. Horizontal construction (balconies) and entrances to the building they are insulated from the bottom with mineral wool. The balconies are insulated with polystyrene from the top and up to 300 mm above the balconies. The basement spaces will be insulated with mineral insulation, the roof will be insulated with new polystyrene in a new waterproof layer.
