The subject of the public contract is to provide services and construction work for the contracting authorities by the design & build.
--Project documentation will beAlso contain work related to the reconstruction of the building, in particular:
- complete paint of the building
- control and possible repair of the roller roofing of the platforms
- a complete replacement- replacement of platform lighting
- Change of waiting room to the city police office
- Restoration of all facilities (ambulance+lighting) of public toilets including reduction and remaining space for commercial use
- control and repair of the facade including hours
- throughout the buildingNew water distribution and electrical wiring and realization of construction work according to the final building permit, approved project documentation and the requirements of the contracting authority (reconstruction and reduction of the energy performance of the public transport terminal Liberec).
