Description:
The subject of the order is to reduce the energy performance of the object no. 107 on the plot of p.č.st. 127, k.u. Kovařov. It is a permanent building that is used as a kindergarten and as a home for the elderly. The contracting authority hereby warns that in accordance with the energy assessment as one of the documents forThe contracting procedure and subsidy application, the Contractor is obliged to realize the work in quality and according to the requirements meeting the minimum requirements resulting from the report. Within the implementation, the Contractor is obliged to provide the relevant technical sheets, documents, revisions, permits for the operation of the equipment and all tests, attestations,Certificates and conformity statements. The contracting authority also points out that the subject of performance is not the installation of a new boiler, which has already been installed in the previous tender. The basis for elaboration of the offer is project documentation - see Annex 1 Project documentation for building constructionIncluding bills. The total bid price is determined as the sum of individual award -winning budgets.
