Description:
The purpose of the procurement procedure is the introduction of DNS, in which the contracting authority will award public contracts for supplies, the subject of which will be the provision of regular supplies of technical gas, specifically hydrogen (H2) for VPS. The VPS will be used both by the public and by the proposed fleet of 30 hydrogen-powered buses, operated by both the client and the contracted carrier within the North Moravian Region.
The subject of performance of individual public contracts awarded in DNS and their technical conditions will be specified for individual public contracts in calls for tenders in accordance with the provisions of § 141 of the Act.
The contracting authority always concludes a purchase contract with one (1) selected supplier for each individual public contract awarded in DNS.
If certificates, standards or technical documents are referred to in the procurement documentation, suppliers are allowed to offer an equivalent solution. If there is a link in the tender documentationapplied to specific products, since the determination of technical conditions cannot be sufficiently precise or understandable, it applies in the sense of § 89, paragraph 6 ZZVZ, that the supplier can offer an equivalent solution.
