Description:
The public contract is the fulfillment of the project of foreign development cooperation of the Czech
Republic in Moldova entitled "Remediation of ecological burdens caused by
pesticides in Moldova - ATU Gagauzia", whose intention is to contribute to the reduction of threats to the environment and the population in the given area.
The subject of the fulfillment of publicThe scope of the contract is the placement of hazardous waste consisting of pesticide residues and massively contaminated soil from three locations in the vicinity of the municipalities of Besalma and Chirsova in certified containers enabling subsequent transport to a temporary secure warehouse and then to the final disposal of the waste.The scope of the contract is described in detail in the Project Document, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation, and is further specified by the annexes of the Project Document. Furthermore, the subject of the contract is defined by the contract (Annex No. 6 of the procurement documentation) and the annexes of the procurement documentation.
