• Description:
• The subject of this small-scale public contract is the conclusion of a contract for the provision of services - the removal and removal of hazardous and other waste in 2026. The exact description and scope of the full contract is given in the Tender Price Consideration form, which is to be filled out and submitted to the General Assembly. Proposal of rmcov the agreement is part of the required documentation. This proposal must be completed by the applicant, signed by the authorized person and sent back as a copy of the VZ. The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify or supplement the provisions of Article 46 of the Act. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement. After the last VZ subcontractor, the applicant is obliged to notify the contracting authority of this fact when submitting the offer and to send the identification data of this subcontractor upon request by the contracting authority. Qualified requirements that pilot as plots to VZ: Valid issuance of the Consent for the establishment of mobile equipment k collection, disposal, collection or purchase of waste issued by the Regional Council of the Plzeň Region, the Environment Department for the Plzeň Region in the event that it is the operator of mobile equipment for the collection and purchase of waste. If the operator has obtained the consent of another Regional Authority according to the agreement of the company k the establishment of a stationary facility to collect and purchase waste with its own transport (transportation is part of the facility's operation and is listed in the approved facility's Operating Procedure), signed with the consent of the owner of the facility and approved by the facility's Operating Procedure.
