Description:
The subject of the fulfillment of this public contract is, in cooperation with the contracting authority according to the project documentation for building permits and construction of the construction processed by Ing. Tomáš Tomsou, IČO: 062 65 359, Certificate of ČKA 05296 (hereinafter referred to as “PDPS”), according to legal regulations regulating the area of construction work into details necessary for the processing of the bidding parish - facades, windows, doors, tinsmith and locksmith elements and exterior modifications. The facades will be restored according to the preserved color scheme in its tectonic form (smooth surfaces of facades with inner fields, a plinth of coarse plaster and smooth mounts of windows and cornices). The exterior appearance of the building will be in ocher to brown shades (Sokol brown from coarse plaster, light surface and tectonic elements of dark ocher shade in smooth plaster). Ohradní walls made of coarse plaster of dark circuit with brown, very coarse plinth. Burn roofing, type beaver brick gray. The color accessory will be windows that will be brown or apricot shade, existing doors fermented or dark brown. The rectory building is part of the cultural monument of the deanery (no.
