• The subject of the public contract is the performance of the activities of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as TDS) and the fulfillment of all duties of the coordinator of safety and health protection at work (hereinafter referred to as KBOZP) during the implementation of the project "Renovation of the Paskov Castle Park" (hereinafter referred to as construction or work). The supplier is obliged to ensure the performance of TDS and KBOZP according to the project documentation provided by the client and prepared by the company Atregia s.r.o., IČO: 02017342, Vážného 99/10, 621 00 Brno (hereinafter also project documentation). Detailed scope of activities and responsibilities secured by the supplier as part of TDS and KBOZP performance is specified in Annex No. 2 of this document - ​​Contract - sample. The subject of the construction works is the reconstruction of the castle park in Paskov. As part of the modifications to the castle park, reconstruction and construction will take place new paved and water areas that will contribute to the improvement of microclimatic functions in the given locality. The proposal envisages the creation of areas with a water-permeable surface, the placement of new water areas, the addition of furniture and landscaping.
