Description:
The purpose of the public contract entitled "Renewal of EJ 471 drive chassis and common wheels in the scope of R1" is the conclusion of a framework agreement according to § 131 of the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter also "ZZVZ") et seq. and § 169 of the ZZVZ, the subject of which is the repair of the set drive chassis (hereinafter also "Chassis Set" or SP") of electric units 471 in the range of R1 - where one set of chassis contains one front drive chassis, one rear drive chassis (including 4 pcs of drive wheels and 4 pcs of traction motors) and 8 pcs of ordinary wheels including axle bearings - under the conditions set procurement documentation,in particular Annex No. 1 - procurement documentation binding draft of the Framework Agreement for the work.
