Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is construction work in parts SO 01, SO 03, SO 04, SO 08, SO 09 (without parking lots P1 and P2), SO 10 and related engineering objects IO 01, IO 02 and IO 03 II. phase. The existing campus of the Basic Art School is fenced with a pavilion arrangement of individual buildingsbuildings and all construction work will take place inside this area. As part of the first stage, the reconstruction of the art pavilion (SO 06) has already been completed, and the connecting corridor (SO 07) with the dance pavilion (SO 05) is about to be completed. Construction object SO 02 Concert pavilion including adjacent parksite P2, which is part of the SO 09 building, is not the subject of this public order and will be dealt with separately in the last III. stage.
