Description:
The subject of the public contract is to be left to temporary use (rent) of the printing facilities included in category A, B and C (160 pcs of printers cat. A, 40 pcs of cat. Based on the contracting authority's orders, as well as providing services for printing, copying and scanning on these printers for 60 calendar months. The subject of the public contract is also ensuring a monitoring software solution allowing monitoring the status of consumables and the number of Printed parties and ensuring software solution for pressing environment management, which allows effective control of printing tasks, scanning and copying. The subject is fulfilled by the public contract is to ensure complete service services provided to the subject of the Public Procurement, including securing consumables (except paper) and spare parts at all locations installation of equipment
