Description:
The subject of this public contract is to rent two non -residential or conference premises or rooms or classrooms (hereinafter referred to as the "classroom") for teaching and subsequent examination of the examiners (hereinafter referred to as "training"). This activity is organized by the contracting authority on the basis of the Deed of Foundation according to the annual training plan. The contracting authority therefore requires the lease of two classrooms, including parking spaces and other services according to the following requirements. Classroom No. 1 must meet:  Minimum classroom capacity of 15 persons in Pardubice;  Monthly rental for two years;  Possibility of assembly and installation of its own device, ie interactive whiteboard and data projector and at least installation of 6 PC seats, which may be associated with this classroom in another room;  Responsibility for the contracting authority's equipment at the time of the absence of employees of the contracting authority passes to the manager of the building;  Minimizing the approach of foreign entities to the area of the leased classroom no.
