- RENT OF SPEED MEASURING EQUIPMENT IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRICT OF ORP JAROMĚR
Description of contract: The subject of this contract is to ensure the operation of a technological device for measuring speed, including the technical infrastructure required for its installation and operation for the Customer, including the necessary furnace, council, in timeand in the agreed quality, whereby the Customer undertakes to provide the Contractor with all the necessary cooperation, to take over the technical infrastructure and to pay the price for its construction according to this Agreement and to pay rent for the provision of technology according to this Agreement. Individual obligations of the Subject ContractorThe contracts are a) delivery and construction of structures (masts) at individual locations for the placement of technology and the provision of electricity on these structures according to the specification of Annex c. 8 of this ZD, including the processing of all construction permits and the necessary statements and processing of project documentsumentation, b) delivery and installation of hardware for operating software for evaluating and validating traffic offenses according to the specification of Annex c. 8 of this ZD, c) delivery and installation of software
