- Description:
- The subject of the performance of this public order is
a) the rental of measuring devices for segmental speed measurement specified in Annex No. 1 of this ZD,
b) ensuring the operation of measuring devices, including the automated transmission of data on the passage of vehicles and the measurement performed, and
c) the provision of other activities and services listedin Appendices No. 1 and 3 of this ZD,
for a period of 60 months from the beginning of the lease term.
Part of the subject of performance is also a reserved change of the obligation according to § 100, paragraph 1 ZZVZ:
- consisting in extending the duration of the contract by no more than 12 months
- consisting of relocating the measuring device on requestzadavatele
