• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the rental of 3 trucks of category N2 without an operator, including the provision of related services, with the supplier's commitment to the possibility of follow-up purchase of the vehicle into the owner's ownership. The contracting authority shall carry out the at the end of the detailed lease inspection of the vehicle and evaluates whether he is interested in acquiring ownership rights to the vehicle. Then there is the client entitled, on the basis of the contract on the future - purchase contract, to invite the supplier to conclude the purchase vehicle/vehicle contracts, whereby the supplier is obliged to accept the invitation to conclude a purchase contract.
