Description:
The subject of the public contract is the repair of the cornice and the aviary attics on the premises of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, specifically in the so -called Wallenstein Garden, which will consist mainly in masonry, stucco and tinsmith works ("work"). The following work is part of the work:
• Distribution of scheduleWork
• Station of restoration project
• Construction of working scaffolding
• Repair of damaged parts of plasters (lime plaster)
• refilling stucco
• repair of tinsmith elements
• Repair of stone elements on the ledges of the aviary - restoration
work
.Walls
• Documentation of the actual execution of the work.

The more detailed specification of the work is given in Annex 5 Calls "Technical Report - Reconstruction of Roman and Atik aviary" prepared by Gefos a.s. Furthermore, the extent of the work results from the "statement of the quantities of the facades", which is attached as Annex 6Calls. The selected supplier will receive a building-historical survey of the current situation before the public contract is fulfilled.
