Description:
The subject of fulfillment of the public contract is mainly the repair of the cornice and the eaves of the building no. 20 on the street of political prisoners and buildings no. 1289 on Wagnerovo nam., Beroun, UZSVM, Department of Separated Workplace Beroun:
- Repair of Roman Tile, including exchange over the cornice of the troughs at the administrative building of political prisonersč.p. 20/18 and Wagnerovo nam. 1289/2, Beroun. Disassembly of old sheeting and pipe troughs, equalization, sloping and repair of the cornice. Elementing of penetration coating, design of coating safety waterproofing for cornices and adjacent walls. Laying of the base belt designed for laying under the sheet metal covering.Installation of tinsmith structures of cornice, troughs and roofs in front of the dormer (existing attic space) in the total length of approximately 163 m. The repair is proposed due to recurrent faults despite the repairs and prevents the new facade of both buildings.
The event also includes the final cleaning as well as the removal and ecological disposal of all waste.Project documentation. Detailed definition of work and material contains the following documents:
