- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is construction work consisting in the repair of the flat roof of the civic amenities building no. 138 in the village of Patokryje. The roof covering is made up of a multi-layer structure with a total thickness of approx. 260 mm, consisting mainly of PVC layers, thermal insulation (EPS) and asphalt strips (BIT) on a bearing concrete base of good quality. Pull-out tests of anchoring elements were carried out on the building, which confirmed the suitability of mechanical anchoring to the existing foundation. The average value of the bearing capacity of the anchors was approx. 3257 N, while the designed permissible load is Fadm = 1086 N/anchor element. Předmět plnění zahrnuje zejména: • provedení přípravných prací a kontrolu stávajícího střešního pláště, • lokální opravy a přípravu podkladu pro novou skladbu, • realizaci nové waterproofing layers of the roof, • mechanical anchoring of the new structure to the existing concrete base, • supply and installation of anchoring elements, including pre-drilling of holes, • execution of connection details (attic, penetrations, drainage, etc.), • execution related plumbing and finishing works, • disposal of generated waste in accordance with applicable legislation, • restoration of the construction site to its original state.
