Description: The subject of the public contract is construction work for repairs of 11 free apartments (unoccupied tenants) located in five apartment buildings, in the entrances no. 379 Belgrams, ฤ.p. 446 and ฤ.p. 447 Ul. Sedlรกฤkova, ฤ.p. 947 street J. Zajรญca, ฤ.p. 2339 and ฤ.p. 2340 Lexova Street in Pardubice - in parts of Polabina, Dubina and Dukla. Separate project documentation is processed for repairs of each housing unit. Repairs will be carried out in the range of these PDs. These include a complete replacement of housing core, selected fillings of holes, floor coverings and tiles, fixtures, medical equipment and wiring, repair of plasters and paintings, daily cleaning of the workplace and all common areas of the house concerned, as well revisions.
