Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction work in the building of the Bila Opava Home, which will build on the construction called Repair of the roof and facade of the main building at Rybařska Street 27 - I. part of the implementation started in 2023.
As part of the proposed construction work, the restoration of surfacesmodifications to the facade of the building, including the replacement of connected plumbing and locksmith elements, the repair of existing roof structures including the execution of new roof coverings, replacement of underlying roof layers, including connected plumbing elements, locksmith elements, roofparts of chimneys, skylights, roof hatches, lightning protection system, interception system, etc.
