Description:
A) Demolition work - all ceramic tiles up to a height of 2.0 m are cut down, 10% of the remaining plaster is knocked off, doors are dismantled incl. frame, the SDK incl. vapor barrier films, internal and external paving are demolished incl. adhesives for the supporting structure, the existing el. boilers, outdoor wooden facade, pview and all outdoor wooden elements will be cleaned and existing coatings will be removed.

B) New buildings - repairs of damaged plaster and floors, new ceramic tiles and paving, repairs of lime-cement plasters, surfaces will be plastered incl. pearls, stucco done and 2x white anti-fungal painting, new SDK soffity to moisture, new internal aluminum doors and internal chipboard doors with laminate treatment, new fixtures, lights, fans, switches and sockets (detailed in individual PD sections), new WC and shower cabins from HPL surface with new stainless steel rectification feet

C) REPAIRWastewater treatment plant - replacement of the aeration system, repair and addition of blowers, repair of the location of blowers from underground units to the new column, cancellation of old sumps, installation of a control unit for automatic control of the blower, adjustment of pipelines so that there is an equal flow to both lines of the waste water treatment planterly, fill the inlet pipe with caps, fill the ferric sulfate dosing pump for Pc precipitation.
