• The subject of the work is the complete repair of the terrace in front of the restaurant of the cultural monument, which is in a state of disrepair as a result of long-term detention, degradation of insulating layers, malfunctions of the drainage system, damage to pskovce elements and local statistical failures of reinforced concrete structures. It is proposed to remove the entire structure and put it on a supporting reinforced concrete slab, a new low-rise with the help of thermal insulation from shaped beams, laying of new waterproofing, drainage layers and new terracotta trenches. The essence of death is equal to the repair or replacement of damaged canine elements, especially meat, cladding boards and half-columns, repair of steel concrete boxes and replacement of anti-fire allusions in the interior areas of the HVAC machinery.
