• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the repair of the roofs of the buildings Agape II., Pod Dolni Drahou 88 and 89, 417 42 Krupka. These are "half-way" objects that are used for temporary accommodation. The layout of both buildings is the same, only in a mirror design, with floor plan dimensions of 53.6 x 15 m. The roof construction of the buildings isas a saddle-shaped wooden roof with a slope of 15˚, with rafters anchored to the foundations and supports made of longitudinal purlins with posts and longitudinal cross-ventilation of planks tl. 24 mm between posts. The outer floors are anchored to the perimeter ring with the help of anchor screws. The height of the supports is determined by the height of the sloand ensures the slope of the roof plane. The posts are made at distances of 1800 mm. The supports (flooring and posts) are anchored to the reinforced concrete ceiling structure using strip steel, screws and steel dowels. In the place of the posts, the rafters are pulled with pliers under the middle purlins. It's on the raftersin the entire roof area wooden formwork made of planks tl. 24 mm. Thermal insulation consists of a ROTAFLEX SUPER mat TP 01, thickness 180 mm, which is placed on the ceiling panels throughout the area. The roof is made of DELTA asphalt shingles in a reddish-brown shade, including roof ventilation fittings. Shinglesthey are laid on a V13 type asphalt cardboard base, mechanically anchored to the formwork and laid horizontally with 100 mm overlaps. Ventilation between the roof space is provided by suction holes along the entire length of the eaves edge and ventilation fittings at the ridge between the rafters, for which aproper opening. An integral part of the assignment is the blind measurement report, which we send as an attachment to this market survey (Appendix 1 - Blind measurement report-Agape II_). The contracting authority requires that a blind price list be part of the offer.
