- The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier, i.e. the determination of framework contractual conditions for individual sub-contracts, the subject of which will be the repair and revision of ball caps, servo drives of these KUs, and also the supply of spare parts for KUs, possibly whole new KUs or part of themi, spare parts of drives, or entire new drives or their parts (if it turns out that the repair and/or overhaul of individual parts or parts of the train is unprofitable) and also design activities related to the train.
