Description: The subject of this sectoral public contract is the services of a selected supplier consisting of repairs of electronic protections of 22 kV switchboards, repairs of protection communication components to the local control system MicroScada and control units of the MicroScada system in distribution transformer substations and metro substations. A more detailed specification of the activities that are the subject of this sectoral public contract is given in Annex No. 1 to this tender documentation and in Annex No. 2 to this tender documentation, which consists of the Framework Work Agreement.
In accordance with the provisions of § 131 et seq. ZZVZ Framework agreement for work with one (1) selected supplier for the implementation of this sectoral public contract. The framework work agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months from the entry into force of the contract.
