- (nature and amount of work, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is construction work for the purpose of repairing 7 vacant apartments (unoccupied by tenants) located in six apartment buildings, namely in the entrances no. 97 ul. K RozvodnΔ, no. 162 Ohrazenicka Street, no. 181 Mladych Street, no. 430 BroΕΎikova Street, no. 1651 Nerudova Street and no. 1835 nabΕeΕΎi street Zavodu miru in the territory of the city of Pardubice - in the parts of Cihelno, Polabina and Zelena PΕedmΔsti. Separate project documentation is prepared for the repair of each apartment unit. Repairs will be made to the extent of thosethat PD. In particular, this involves a complete replacement of the housing core, selected fillings of openings, floor coverings and cladding, furnishings, medical equipment distribution and electrical installation, plastering repair and painting, daily cleaning of the workplace and all common areas of the house affected by the construction, as well asabout carrying out the prescribed tests and revisions.
