- Description:
- The subject of the construction is the replacement of the existing air-conditioning units in the Vsetín City Spa building, which is located at Jiráskova 340, 75501 Vsetín. These are construction modifications required for the replacement of air-conditioning units and modification of air-conditioning units distributions in 1PP, 1NP and 2NP. Several construction modifications will be made in the spa area, such as the demolition of partitions and penetrations and their subsequent installation. Part of the concrete floor will be demolished in the machine room in 1PP. Part of the construction work will be cleaning, if necessary partial replacement of the coffered ceiling in the 2nd floor and installation of steel structures under the new HVAC units. Air conditioning consists of devices that are detailed in the project documentation. The new air handling unit equipment will be equipped with its own built-in measurement and regulation system, where the supplier guarantees compatibility with existing units installed in operation. These units are manufactured by FlaktGroup, the CAIRFricostar range of pool units. The new equipment of the air handling units will be connected to the superior system of measurement and regulation. Compatibility with existing measurement and control systems based on the FOXTROT Series 1 CP-1003 PLC must be ensured. More detailed information is provided in the tender documentation.
