- The subject of the public contract is to replace existing cooling sources (3 pieces) for a new cold/heating source (VRV system) with an output of 50 kW, see specification in Annex 4 (offer form) to cover the existing needs of gastronomic facilities providing catering services,Assistants within the House 176/4, Prague 1 - Mala Strana. The subject of the filling also includes the replacement or modification of the Cu or the HVAC with the insulation, electrical connection and connection to the el. The power switchboard and the low -current, including the connection to the existing measuring and control system from Johnson ControlsTo ensure remote proceedings and regulation of cooling/heating, including modification of existing technology and ensuring the necessary construction work and modifications. The Client also requires the necessary handover documentation to complete the work (protocols and the necessary tests, revisions, noise measurement, documentation onFire sealing, ecological disposal protocols, conformity statement and other necessary documentation) including involvement and commissioning of the cooling/heating system and training staff.Gastronomic facilities of the parliamentary restaurant in the building 176/4 are morally and technical obsolete (emergency), show considerable failure rate, low efficiency and energy performance.
The price offer must also include all the financial costs of coordination with other/other selectedEspecially with the provider of the existing measurement and regulation system f. Johnson Controls to whose system the new source must connect and put the remote control from the selected workplace.
The basis for processing the quotation is part of VZ in Annex 2 (offer form).
