- The subject of the public contract is the provision of rehabilitation and reconditioning activities within the framework of health prevention programs for employees of companies (hereinafter referred to as "organizations"), with which the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "ČPZP") and the selected supplier will conclude tripartite agreements on the provision of a financial contribution nand payment for rehabilitation and reconditioning stays.
Rehabilitation and reconditioning activities will be implemented in the form of rehabilitation and reconditioning stays and will be provided to employees of organizations who are insured by the ČPZP and who work at workplaces with increased physical and mental stress, namely withusing natural medicinal sources or climatic conditions favorable for treatment in order to protect the health of employees. Part of the subject of the public contract is also the preparation of a preventive rehabilitation plan for rehabilitation stay, provision of accommodation, catering and other activities listed in this orderdocumentation and its appendices.
Rehabilitation and reconditioning activities will be implemented on the basis of a tripartite agreement on the provision of a financial contribution for the payment of rehabilitation and reconditioning activities in the form of a stay concluded between the selected supplier, ČPZP and the organization. Price for rehabilitative reconditioningstay of the participants specified in the tripartite agreement will be the same as the bid price of the selected supplier for the given part of the public contract. The tripartite agreement will always be concluded for one calendar year and will contain the required number of participants for the given organization for the respective calendar year.
