- The subject of the public contract is the provision of rehabilitation and reconditioning activities within the framework of health preventive programs for employees of companies (hereinafter referred to as "organizations"), with which the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "ČPZP") and the selected supplier will enter into tripartite agreements on the provision of a financial contribution nand payment of rehabilitation stays.
Rehabilitation and reconditioning activities will be implemented in the form of rehabilitation and reconditioning stays and will be provided to employees of organizations who are insured by ČPZP and who work at workplaces with increased physical and mental stress, namelyusing natural medicinal sources or climatic conditions favorable for treatment with the aim of protecting the health of employees. Part of the subject of the public contract is also the preparation of a preventive rehabilitation plan for rehabilitation stay, provision of accommodation, catering and other activities specified in the contracti documentation and its annexes.
