• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is:
  a) supply of elements of the communication infrastructure, i.e. hardware (HW) and software (SW) and the necessary licenses to the extent specified in Annex No. 1 of the Draft Contract - Specification of the Subject of Performance. The draft contract is Annex No. 1 of the Procurement Documentation (hereinafter also the "Draft Contract");
  b) ensuring the installation, implementation and integration of elements of the communication infrastructure into the existing environment of the Client and the provision of Support for the duration of the Implementation according to Annex No. 2 of the Draft Contract Support Specifications. As part of the Implementation, acceptance tests will be carried out in accordance with Annex No. 3 Drafthu of the contract - Acceptance procedure and Acceptance protocol for the delivered elements of the communication infrastructure, and further training focused on the delivered technologies will be carried out, all in accordance with and to the extent of Annex No. 1 of the Draft Contract - Specifications of the Subject of Performance and Annex No. 2 of the Draft Contract - Specifications Supporty;
  c) provision of Service Support [manufacturer] for the supplied elements of the communication infrastructure. A more detailed specification of the provision of Service Support, including an indication of the categorization of defects and specific times, is given in Appendix No. 2 of the Draft Contract - Support Specifications;
  d) provision of operational support for the Subject of Performance. Ba more detailed specification of the provision of Operational Support, including an indication of the categorization of defects and specific times, is given in Annex No. 2 of the Draft Contract - Support Specifications;
  e) provision of exit plan services. A more detailed specification of the exit plan services is given in Appendix No. 5 of the draft contract.
