Description:
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction modifications - repair of the emergency condition of the roof of the waterworks in Rosice nad Labem. It is a brick building - the object of a former railway waterworks from 1871-3, which is part of the Hradec Králové - Pardubice line. The object is se with a middle floor part partially covered with planks, on a rectangular floor plan, the longer side facing the railway. It is further divided into three parts, the middle part is a floor, the side parts are ground floor. Individual parts of the building have a gable roof with a low slope. The roof is currently covered with Onduline boards in grey-black colour. Construction work
