• Description:
• The subject of the public order is construction work consisting of a complete replacement, or the restoration of the existing local road, including the structural layers that were damaged by the flood in September 2024. The complete structure of the road will be replaced. The subject of public procurement there is also a replacement for public lighting, which will be connected to the existing public lighting lamp. 11 lamps will be installed. The subject of the public contract is specified in this text part of the procurement documentation, including all annexes, especially the project documentation and the list of works that form an appendix to this text part of the tender documentation ("tender documentation"). The subject of the public contract will be fulfilled on the basis of the concluded contract for the work, which forms an appendix to the tender documentation, while the work is understood as construction and the technological part of the construction carried out according to the project documentation - complete and flawless execution of all construction and assembly work, including the supply of the necessary materials, machines and equipment necessary for the proper completion of the work, further execution of all activities related to the delivery of construction and assembly works, the execution of which is necessary for the proper completion of the work (e.g. construction site equipment, safety measures, etc.), within the entire scope of the assignment, which is defined by the project documentation, specified standards and general technical requirements for construction.
