Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of a holmium laser and sets of laparoscopic towers, including relevant accessories (a set of instruments, cables and optics) for the urological and surgical operatives of the Česka Lipa Hospital, a.s.required parameters to the place of destination as well as their assembly, installation, configuration, commissioning, demonstration of functionality and operator instruction in accordance with Act No. 89/2021 Coll., on medical devices, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "PPE") and the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2017/745 of 5. of April 2017 on medical devices, amending Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 and repealing Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC (hereinafter just "MDR"). The subject of the contract also includes the provision of warranty service for the duration of the warranty period.
