- Description:
- The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as "VZ") is to ensure retraining pursuant to Act No. 435/2004 Coll., On Employment, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZOZ"), for applicants and job seekers. Retraining will be realized on the basis of framework agreements concluded with only one Supplier for each part of the public contract (specified in chapter 2 - basic information on the subject of the contract and general technical conditions and in Annex 8 Specifications and technical conditions).
Suppliers may submit offers within the meaning of Section 101 (2) of the Public Procurement to one, several or all parts of the VZ (to exclude doubts, the contracting authority specifies that the supplier can submit an offer in only one part or can submit several offers in different parts or can submit offers to all parts of the VZ).
