• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public order is: • Revision of the project documentation "NPK, a.s., Pardubická hospital - installation of end elements building no. 3 and building no. 30" for the implementation of construction in accordance with § 157 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, as amended regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Building Act) and its implementing decrees, and to the extent of the documentation for the implementation of construction according to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ"), its implementing regulations. • Staging implementation of the replacement of end elements incl. preparation of the implementation schedule with a description of the limitations in individual departments. • Processing of the list of works and the awarded list of works with a statement of measurements according to decree no. No. 169/2016 Coll., on determining the scope of public documentation contracts for construction works and an inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements • Engineering activities - possible discussion of project documentation with the relevant state administration authorities, securing a decision on project authorization. • Copyright performance supervision Architectural and related services
