Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction work consisting of the reconstruction of the apartment building, which consists of insulation of the existing panel structure by the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. In the basement part XPS thickness. 150 mm (λ = 0.036W/mk) and above it with mineral wool boards with longitudinal fiber in thickness. 180 mm(λ = 0.035W/mk). The lining around the windows and balcony doors will be insulated with boards from MV. 20 mm (λ = 0.035W/MK) as well as insulation under the window sills. The envelope in the locations of the loggia will be insulated with plates from the MV. 140 mm (λ = 0.035W/MK). All corners will be solved by plastic corner strips. Around windows and doors will beUsed APU moldings. Above the windows and doors will be used corner strips with the eaves. PVC foil roofing will be cleaned. This layer will have the function of the safety waterproofing on which the thermal insulation from the EPS 100S roof insulation will be placed in thickness. 240mm (λ = 0.037W/MK) and subsequently roof foil MPVC th.1.5mm. The outstanding parts (elevator shafts) will be insulated with plates from the MV in thickness. 100mm (λ = 0.035W/MK). In the roof covering, a new rain drain and ventilation heads will be fitted. Lightning conductor in the roof part and on the facadewill be restored according to the current state. The ceiling of the basement will be insulated with gray EPS70F in thickness. 120 mm (λ = 0.032W/mk). The entrance door to both entrances will be replaced with a new plastic with the upper part of the glazed, in the lower part with a trench and with built -in boxes in the number ofapartments.
