The subject of performance of the public contract includes in particular: a) technical verification, b) energy verification, c) pre-project part, d) project elaboration Documentation in the extent of the building part and the proposal of energy measures using the method of information modeling of buildings (BIM), e) providing services of engineering, f) cooperation in the tender for the contractor, g) the performance of the designer.
