- The subject of the contract is to revitalize the existing park area, which aims to create a residential area suitable for leisure activities and to support the view of the landscape at the Česke středohoři Mountains.
Within the project of the revitalization of greenery in the park near the spring in Louny, all trees growing in the area. Depending on the evaluation of the health condition of trees and operational safety, it was designed and the subject of the order of felling and treatment of existing trees by different types of cuts. In addition, new plantings of trees, shrubs, perennials, climbs, bulbs and grass regeneration will be solved in the project surface. At the same time, the roads and the location of new furniture - benches, baskets, tables, sun loungers, etc. will be carried out. The dominant element will be a reinforced stone area with a gazebo for anchoring and relaxation point above the central meadow. The protection zone is defined within the park revitalization borehole by fencing. Furthermore, the existing public lighting cable line (hereinafter also "VO"), cancellation of 2 pieces of lamps of existing VO, installation of 3 pieces of new VO lamps and internal lighting solutions will be transferred.
