• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation for the implementation of construction within the framework of the client's plan, the aim of which is the comprehensive revitalization of the immovable cultural monument Břeclav Castle. For this purpose, the client has project documentation for release building permit (hereinafter referred to as "PDSP"), on the basis of which a final building permit was issued for the construction of Břeclav Castle - revitalization of the immovable cultural monument Břeclav, Břeclav Castle. The subject of the public contract is the processing of subsequent project documentation for construction, in two stages: -Stage 1 creation of project documentation for construction implementation (hereinafter referred to as "PDPS") within the scope of the Soutoku House of Nature visitor center based on the PDSP and the architectural concept of the "House of Nature" exhibition. -Stage 2 (subject to reserved change according to § 100, paragraph 1 ZZVZ) execution of the PDSP in the remaining scope of the comprehensive revitalization of the immovable cultural monument Břeclav Castle defined by the processed PDSP (for more details, see paragraph 3.3 of the tender documentation). It is part of the subject of the public contract furthermore, the performance of copyright supervision during the implementation of construction works in relation to the prepared PDPS. Project documentation will be processed in accordance with valid legal regulations and technical standards.
