Description:
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work in the framework of the investment project called: "Resort of housing units, Bořitov - self -service" consisting of building 4 housing units, which will be operated from the existing self -service. The apartments in the attic will be connected by internal sewerage distribution to the existing waste located in the technical room on the ground floor. For apartments, the building will be connected by new water connections with water meters located behind the first perimeter wall in the warehouse room. Furthermore, a total of 5 new supply points - 4x apartments and 1x common consumption will be built for the needs of apartments. The apartments will be heated by electric boiler with wiring into radiators. The DHW will be heated in a 120l tank. Each apartment will be equipped with a cooling split unit. For shading windows on the south side of the side will be prepared to install exterior blinds C80.
