- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of audit services consisting in the performance of an independent comprehensive audit of the Project "financed from the National Recovery Plan (NPO) and/or from other sources (hereinafter referred to as the "subsidy program") with a focus on verifying: • compliance of the implementation of the Project with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic, especially in the area of public procurement, accounting and related legislation, • compliance with EU/NPO rules and other subsidy conditions related to the Project, • expediency, economy and efficiency of spending funds.
