- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the supply of server infrastructure, with regard to financing, the subject of performance is divided into sub-performances A to D., the contracting authority assumes the simultaneous conclusion of separate contracts for individual performance with one supplier. The contracting authority requires that in the partial performance of A aB was supplied with identical servers (A.1 and B.1) and identical switches (A.2 and B.2), i.e. same manufacturer, same PN, same configuration. Part of the delivery is the placement of HW in the contractor's prepared DRs, further HW installation and commissioning is not part of the public contract.
